Library
A small library has been developed with over 8,000 books in thirteen languages including a few foreign languages, most of them being in Tamil, English and Sanskrit.
The variety of books ranges from Vedas (Samhita), Vedanta, Smritis, Ithihasas, Puranas, Prakarana granthas, lives of great saints and their works, Panniru thirumural, Divya prabandham, other philosophies and religions, yoga, etc. to premiers for learning languages. The library has some rare collections of books and journals which are out of print/circulation.
The library is equipped with a digital scanner, computer, printer, etc. for digitalization and preservation of old books and also converting them into editable form for re-publishing. Some books like "Kaivalya Navaneetam", "Gnananandam", "Kandar Anubudhi" have been published and other publications like "Agastiar Geetham", "Jeevan Mukti Viveka", "Guru Geetho, etc., are in progress.
There is also a collection of audio and video recordings of talks of great Mahatmas on Vedanta, Bhojans and Indian Classical music and also educational videos. This is for the use of residents and visiting aspirants.
